The following explanations provide you with an overview of how we ensure this protection and what data is collected, processed and used for what purpose.

Usage data

When you visit our website, general data about this process is not saved in a log file. Webserver Logging is disabled.

Personal details

We only collect, process and use personal details if we are permitted to do so by law, or if you have given us your consent.

a) Contact
If you contact us, then we save your details in order to allow us to deal with your enquiry, and in case there is further correspondence. All data will be deleted after your matter has been dealt with in full. This does not include data for which there are statutory or other stipulated retention obligations. b) Ordering
During the order process, we collect the following data:

• title, first name, last name
• address
• telephone number
• email address

The data that you provide to us for the purposes of order processing will be collected, saved and, where necessary, provided to any companies involved in the order process (e.g. suppliers, forwarding agents, credit institutions, payment service providers) exclusively for this purpose. No other data collection, storage, amendment or transmission takes place.

Once the contract has been transacted in full, your data will be blocked for further use and will be deleted once the retention periods under tax and commercial law have passed, unless you have explicitly consented to the further use of your data.

Session Cookies

In order to make our website more attractive to visitors and to enable the use of certain functions, we use 'session cookies' on all pages. These session cookies that we use are deleted after 30 minutes. Session Cookies cannot be used either to access other files on your computer or to determine your email address.
Most browsers are set up so that they accept cookies automatically. If the standard settings for cookies are saved in your browser, then all the processes will run in the background without you noticing. However, you can change these settings.
